Your opportunity as a Software Developer (m/f/d)
16. January 2025Why we rely on our own apprenticeships
The skills shortage is no longer a question of the future - it is here to stay. Especially in the IT sector, there is a lack of qualified and experienced developers, data scientists and software architects. Overall, this has negative consequences for companies and our country. Competition for talent is fierce. Many companies are responding with large recruiting campaigns, international searches or external service providers.
We, on the other hand, take a long-term approach: in-house training.
Why? Because we believe that real strength comes from within. Getting young people excited about technology at an early age, giving them responsibility and supporting them individually not only builds skilled workers - it builds the future.
Training as an investment in people and culture
Training is more than just a means of dealing with staff shortages. It is an integral part of our corporate culture. Our trainees are not just assistants on call - they are part of the team right from the start. They work on real projects, contribute their ideas and experience every day how their contributions have a direct impact. This is how commitment is created - not through duty, but through purpose.
We put great emphasis on ensuring that our junior staff not only acquire technical expertise, but also develop soft skills: Communication, teamwork, agile working and customer orientation. They are supported by experienced mentors who accompany them through all phases of their training - with time, expertise and personal commitment.
Take responsibility early - staying later
Many of our former trainees remain loyal to us after graduation - because they feel connected to our company not only professionally, but also personally. Those who are allowed to grow right from the start are happy to stay. And later contribute new knowledge themselves - as a mentor, as a team leader, as a driver of innovation.
The shortage of skilled workers calls for new approaches
In times of shortage, it is no longer enough to hope for external solutions. Companies must take responsibility - for their teams, for their industry and ultimately also for society. Qualifying young talent is not a nice-to-have, but a central task of modern corporate management.
Our path shows: Those who train, win. Professionally, personally and strategically.
And it not only strengthens your own company - but the entire industry.
